Z crawls under anything knee-high; C crouches under anything below your shoulders. Running, C slides you under fast.
Up
W at a ladder or a data cable to climb it. W at the top steps off; S climbs down; Space jumps off; C lets go.
Down quietly
A hard landing is loud — anyone close hears it. Hold C as you land to roll it off, or climb down the cable.
