Guards come to a sound. Knock to pull the desk guard off his door, throw a bolt to pull the lift guard off his. Reach the freight lift and ride it down.

His eyes
The light on the floor in front of a guard is what he sees. Racks and crates cut it short. Crouched, he has to be closer to see you.
Noise
Q knocks where you stand. Hold F to aim a bolt and let go to throw it: he goes to where it lands, not to you. He looks around, then goes back.
Hide
An empty slot under a rack, lit pale, hides you. Get in and crouch: a guard can walk right past.
