The lift wants a password, and two guards on their break in the cage office know it. Get above them on the catwalk and listen, a word at a time.

Guards who talk show … over their heads. Within about 7 m you hear the line. Each break, one word of the password.
The cage
Chain-link stops you, but it doesn't stop eyes: they see out of the cage, and you see in. The catwalk over it is out of their sight.
Say it
E at the panel and type the words in order. A wrong word brings the man on the lift.
